Microsoft 365 & Copilot

The right Microsoft 365 plan for every user, not one plan for everyone

Most organisations overpay by giving every user the same suite. We map roles to plans (Business, Enterprise, Frontline), decide Teams and no-Teams options, and plan Copilot where it will actually be used.

Plan families

Which family fits which users

01

Business Basic / Standard / Premium

For up to 300 users in total. Business Premium adds device management and advanced security for smaller organisations.

02

Enterprise E3 / E5

No seat cap, enterprise compliance and security. E5 adds advanced threat protection, compliance and analytics.

03

Frontline F1 / F3

For shop-floor, field and shift workers who mostly use mobile devices and shared PCs.

04

Teams options

Suites with and without Teams, plus standalone Teams licences, so you only pay for what you use.

05

Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on and Copilot Business for SMBs, planned per role with an adoption pilot.

06

Security add-ons

Defender, Entra ID and Intune add-ons when a full E5 upgrade is not justified.

Copilot readiness

Before you buy Copilot for everyone

Copilot can only use what users already have access to. If SharePoint permissions and sensitivity labels are messy, Copilot will surface that mess. We recommend a short readiness review and a pilot group before a wide rollout.

  • Check oversharing in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
  • Apply sensitivity labels to confidential content
  • Pick a pilot group with measurable use cases
  • Track usage and decide on wider licensing with data

FAQ

Microsoft 365 licensing questions

Can't see your question? Ask us directly. We reply within one business day.

Business Premium or E3?
Business Premium suits organisations up to 300 users and includes strong security (Intune, Defender for Business, Entra ID P1). Enterprise E3 removes the 300-seat cap and adds enterprise features; E5 adds advanced security, compliance and analytics. Many organisations mix plans by user role. We map your users to the right plan.
Do we need Teams in every licence?
Not necessarily. Microsoft sells enterprise suites both with and without Teams. If you already license Teams separately or use another platform, a no-Teams suite plus add-ons can be the cheaper combination. We compare both.
Which licence do we need for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot is licensed as an add-on to a qualifying Microsoft 365 or Office 365 plan, and smaller organisations can also consider Copilot Business. Eligibility and promotions change often, so we confirm current options on your quote.
Can we move our existing subscriptions to Spreeze?
Usually yes. Subscriptions can be transferred between CSP partners, and new-commerce subscriptions can often be moved mid-term. We plan transfers around your renewal dates to avoid gaps.
