Overview
Spreeze led a large-scale modernisation programme to transition a complex estate of 140+ SharePoint 2016 applications, many built using InfoPath, to SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.
This strategic transformation eliminated technical debt, improved user experience, and positioned the organisation for long-term success on Microsoft 365 while addressing the critical SharePoint 2016 end-of-life deadline.
The challenge
The organisation faced a critical technology inflection point with SharePoint 2016 reaching end of life and InfoPath deprecated.

- Heavy reliance on InfoPath, now deprecated with no Microsoft support
- Increasing security and compliance risks from outdated on-premises infrastructure
- Limited mobile support and poor user experience on legacy systems
- High operational overhead maintaining legacy infrastructure and custom code
- No supported long-term path forward on-premises
- Remaining on SharePoint 2016 was no longer viable from a risk and support perspective
